Majority of the kinks Are fixed,The Time to Jailbreak is Now-

With the updates being scheduled as everyone is working extremely hard to get everything back online,  the time to jailbreak your iDevice is now!  Mobile substrate along with other buggy packages have recently been updated and are currently working great.  There just a few more kinks being worked out, but everything seems to be going smoothly for the developers.
It seems every time I check Cydia, something else has been updated and now working. Just the past couple of days I've been able to "FINALLY!!" use Infinidock and Iconoclasm, but I'm noticing that the Cydgets are still down.
With more man hours generously added everyday, the developers are piecing back Cydia code by code and seem to be doing it a lot quicker than expected with the holiday release.  Most of us are anxious and cant wait for everything to be back online, so we can see what 7.0.4 is capable of.

Apple Testing iOS 7.1 and iOS 7.0.5 is rumored

Do Not Update-

It's Official, Apple has iOS 7.1 in beta 3 to testers since before Christmas. The update is said to fix some bugs and add some new features to your iDevice, but is unclear on either changes.  It is also said that before 7.1's release in March 2014, Apple will release 7.0.5 update sometime in January 2014.  This update is supposed to allow certain vehicle dashboard's to display your devices screen.

Although iOS 7.0.5 is only rumored, a jailbreak ready is unclear from the evad3rs.  Claiming 7.1 will most likely be jailbroken with 7.0.4 utility.

In other words, Heads up. Don't update via Settings or iTunes. Backup your iDevice before the updates are out just to be cautious and stay updated by TheCydiaSource to see when Cydia is ready for further updates.

As must of us know by now, Cydia is up & running for all iOS 7.0.4 devices. Although alot of things, such as cydgets, aren't fully working yet. But everyone is hard at work on bringing back your favorite tweaks & apps.
